Doing my part to end the gender pay gap!A friend (thank you Faith!) invited me to an American Association of
University Women (AAUW) Salary Negotiations Workshop. It changed my life! After the workshop, the presenter asked if anyone was interested in becoming a facilitator to help share this helpful information with other women. Of course I volunteered! I completed the training and I am now a facilitator! I have co-led a workshop for a group of professional women and led three workshops as part of a mentoring program for young women in high school. No one should go hungry.
